THE PBES PTO LOVES OUR TEACHERS!

At Piney Branch Elementary, we believe our staff, teachers, and administrators are the heart of our community and we take great pride in making sure they know how much we adore them.

PTO Teacher Appreciation Events

Each month, the PTO sponsors special events to celebrate our incredible staff, teachers, and administrators, reminding them how much their dedication means to our students and families.

Teacher Appreciation Week 2026 is almost here! In May, we have a series of extra special events planned to celebrate our teachers, staff, and administrators during National Teacher Appreciation week held from May 4-8, 2026. This year, there are several ways you can participate.

  • Purchase a cup of coffee, or two, for one of our amazing PBES team members. The PTO is bringing a gourmet coffee truck to our campus! Our goal is to treat every member of our PBES team to a fresh cup of coffee from the coffee truck during Teacher Appreciation Week—and we need your help to reach 200 cups. Make a donation to buy a cup of coffee today! Donations open through May 4, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
  • Students and their families are invited to help celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week by participating in our daily acts of kindness from May 4-8, 2026. See the calendar below for more information.

We know our families like to send special gifts home with your student’s teachers during important moments throughout the year.
