Color Craze Order Form

2026 Color craze t-shirt and registration deadline: October 9

Complete this form before 5:00 PM on October 9th to order 2026 Color Craze t-shirts and register additional non-student runners. No orders or registrations will be accepted after this deadline.

Please complete a separate form for each individual Piney Branch student who has met the fundraising requirements on Donately. If your student has not met the fundraising requirements on Donately, your order will not be fulfilled.

• Raise $30: Earn a Color Craze t-shirt for your student.
• Raise $60: 1 Additional Participant. T-shirts for student and additional participant included (2 shirts).
• Raise $90: 2 Additional Participants. T-shirts for student and additional participants included (3 shirts).
• Raise $120: 3 Additional Participants. T-shirts for student and additional participants included (4 shirts).
• Raise $150: 4 Additional Participants. T-shirts for student and additional participants included (5 shirts).
