Our Silent Auction and Spring Bingo Night are joining forces for one incredible celebration—packed with prizes, games, food, and opportunities to support the school we love.
This combined event is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year, helping us finish the 2025–2026 school year strong while building momentum for 2026–2027. Whether you’re bidding online, joining us in person, or both, your participation makes a meaningful difference.

Our Silent Auction is back—and bigger than ever! Thanks to the generosity of our PBES families and community partners, you’ll find an exciting mix of items and experiences, including:

How does the Silent Auction work?
- Online bidding opens Friday, February 27.
- Online bidding closes Thursday, March 12.
- Bidding re-opens in person during our Bingo Night + Silent Auction event on Friday, March 13.
- If you hold the highest bid when bidding closes during our Bingo Night event on March 13, you will be awarded the auction item.
- You do NOT need to be present to win! If you can’t join us for Bingo Night, you can still participate online during our online auction dates. Since you don’t need to be present to win, feel free to invite out-of-town family and and friends to participate.

Spring Bingo Night | March 13 from 6-8 PM
Bring the whole family for a night of classic Bingo fun! We’ll play multiple rounds with prizes awarded after each one—and the excitement builds as the night goes on. The final round of the night will feature a Nex Playground family gaming system—a huge prize your family won’t want to miss! Please note, bingo prize winners must be present to win.
Family Bingo Packs are now available for purchase! Take advantage of our pre-sale pricing, skip the lines and jump straight into the fun! Families can pre‑order Bingo Party Packs now through March 11. While bingo supplies will be available for purchase during our event, pre-sale prices are ONLY available online.
Concessions will be available for purchase during the event and will include pizza by the slice, BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, snacks, treats, candy and drinks while supplies last.
Whether you’re bidding from home, cheering during Bingo, or enjoying a slice of pizza with friends, this night is all about community. Your participation helps fund the events, programs, and initiatives that enrich our students’ experience all year long.
