2026 Carnival Night

GEt Ready for the ultimate back-to-school bash!

September 11th | 5:00-8:00 PM | Piney Branch Elementary School Field

We are thrilled to bring back our 2nd Annual 🌟Carnival Night!🌟 This event is designed to bring students, families, teachers, administrators, and staff together for an evening of fun and connection. The PTO Carnival is open to all Piney Branch families and friends and will help build excitement for the year while strengthening our school community.

🎪 The carnival will feature activities and games, including a trackless train, inflatable obstacle courses, bounce houses, slides, a dunk tank, and carnival-style games where participants can win prizes. A full concessions stand will offer food, drinks, and snacks for purchase.

Entry is only permitted with a wristband, so make sure your family is covered. Your wristband is your all-access pass to the fun! It covers entry, unlimited rides, and carnival games with prizes at no extra cost. All attendees must have a wristband to enter—including parents, guardians and chaperones. Children under the age of 3 years old are free. Concessions not included.

Wristbands are $20 per person during our pre-sale event. Pre-sale pricing ends on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 5:00 pm, no exceptions. Wristbands can be purchased at the carnival entrance for $25 per person.

All attendees must have a wristband to enter—including parents, guardians, and chaperones.
Children under 3 years old are free.
This is NOT a drop off event. All students and children must be accompanied by an adult.
Included with your wristband purchase are unlimited rides and games—have fun!!!

Calling all volunteers! We need a few strong arms and a lot of big hearts to help bring the magic to life! If you’re a master of setup or simply excited to help get things ready, your time and energy will make all the difference.

The proceeds from Carnival Night will directly support programs and initiatives that enrich every student’s experience. Funds raised help us expand classroom resources, provide teacher grants, support community‑building events, and invest in schoolwide improvements that make Piney Branch an inspiring place to learn and grow.

Carnival Night is an outdoor event and will be postponed if it rains. Our rain date is Friday, September 18, 2026.

There will be a PTO table at the event entrance for you to pick up your pre-ordered wristbands and concession tickets.

No refunds will be issued. All sales are final.

If you’re unable to attend, feel free to send someone in your place. Please email the PTO at pineybranchpto@gmail.com for wristband transfers before 5:00 PM on Tuesday, September 8th.
