We are thrilled to bring back our 2nd Annual 🌟Carnival Night!🌟 This event is designed to bring students, families, teachers, administrators, and staff together for an evening of fun and connection. The PTO Carnival is open to all Piney Branch families and friends and will help build excitement for the year while strengthening our school community.

🎪 The carnival will feature activities and games, including a trackless train, inflatable obstacle courses, bounce houses, slides, a dunk tank, and carnival-style games where participants can win prizes. A full concessions stand will offer food, drinks, and snacks for purchase.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

PARKING. Parking will be limited due to the number of attendees we are expecting at Carnival Night. We highly encourage you to car pool if possible. Parking is allowed in the kiss n ride line, the bus loop, and behind the school. Parking is NOT allowed on Linton Hall or in the communities across the street from the school for safety reasons. Attendees may not walk across Linton Hall to get to the school. Please plan accordingly.

ADMISSION. Entry is only permitted with a wristband. Your wristband is your all-access pass to the fun! It covers entry, unlimited rides, and carnival games with prizes at no extra cost. Plus, each wristband earns guests a free popcorn from our concession stand, while supplies last. All attendees must have a wristband to enter—including parents, guardians and chaperones. Children under the age of 3 years old are free. Concessions not included.

Our Carnival Night Pre-sale event ended at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, September 8th—but, you can still join in the fun! Wristbands can be purchased at the Carnival entrance for $25 per person. Remember…

• All attendees must have a wristband to enter—including parents, guardians, and chaperones.
• Children 3 years old and under are free.
• This is NOT a drop off event. All students and children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Included with your wristband purchase are unlimited rides and games—have fun!!!

Pre-sale Pick Up. Pre-orders will be available at the pre-order table near Door 19 to the left of the Carnival entrance. Look for the “Pre-Sale” flag! There will be two lines to facilitate easy pick-up arranged by alphabetical groups: A–L and M–Z. Please pay close attention to our signage to ensure you don’t wait in line with those who are purchasing wristbands.

Purchases. Wristbands will be available for purchase at the Carnival entrance for $25 per person. Look for the flag that says “Ticket Sales.” 

RIDES & GAMES. Safety First! While our rides and games are designed for maximum fun, safety is our top priority. We ask all parents and guardians to actively supervise their children and ensure they follow posted signs and instructions at each attraction. With your help, we can keep the night safe, smooth, and full of smiles for everyone!

Our amazing team of volunteers will be stationed at each ride and activity to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. They’ll provide clear instructions and guidance, so please encourage your children to listen carefully and follow directions. Some rides may require students to remove their shoes, so plan accordingly. Additionally, certain rides will be limited to specific grade levels to maintain safety—please help your child participate in the attractions that are appropriate for their age group.

Wristbands include unlimited access to all games and prizes, so every attendee can enjoy the full Carnival experience! To help make sure everyone gets a turn, we kindly ask parents to encourage their children to try each game once before revisiting favorites. This way, all attendees have a chance to join the fun and take home a prize or two!

CONCESSIONS. Classic Carnival-style concessions will be available for purchase during the event. Offerings will include pizza by the slice, hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, snacks, treats, and drinks. Most items cost 2 tickets, and concession tickets are $1 each.

Each wristband purchase includes one FREE popcorn, while supplies last! To claim yours, simply visit our popcorn station where you’ll receive your free popcorn and get your hand stamped. Additional popcorn can be purchased using concession tickets at the concession stand.

💳 Please note: Cash and cards will not be accepted at the concession stand. Our volunteers will only accept concession tickets at the concession stand. If you’d like to purchase concession tickets, be sure to buy tickets at one of our concession ticket stands.

FACILITIES & CLEANLINESS. During Carnival Night, restrooms will be accessible through Door 1 at the school for your convenience. As we celebrate together, we kindly ask all families to help keep our school grounds clean by using the trash stations provided throughout the event. Your support makes a big difference—thank you for helping us maintain a welcoming and tidy environment for everyone and making sure we leave our school grounds as clean as we found them at the end of the night.

Carnival Night is a perfect opportunity to bring those values to life!
