Bingo!

Get ready to shout “BINGO!” and win some amazing prizes at this fun-filled event. Don’t know how to play – don’t worry! It’s easy to learn. Our own Piney Branch teachers will guide you through multiple rounds of the classic game so there will be plenty of opportunities to win big. Grand Prize – an electric scooter!!!!

Bingo cards and daubers will be available for purchase. Pre-orders will be read for pick up at the PTO table.

Silent Auction

During Bingo Night, we will host a Silent Auction to benefit Piney Branch Elementary School. Get a bounce house for your next party, spend a weekend away at Lake Anna, get sporting event tickets, or a lunch for your student with one of our PBES teachers or administrators. There are so many great options!

Online bidding is now closed. Bidding will continue in person on October 18th. Highest bidders will be announced in person at the end of the night. Highest bidders who are present can take items home with them after Bingo Night. Those who are not present will be contacted by October 25th.

FAQs

All proceeds from Bingo Night are used by the PTO to support Piney Branch Elementary. Check out this page for a breakdown of some of the many things we’ve been able to do for PBES in recent years.

For the 50-50 raffle, 50% of the proceeds go into the pot to be won. Every ticket you purchase represents one chance to win. The remaining 50% of the pot goes to the PTO.

If you ordered and paid for your pizzas and concessions prior to the deadline, they’ll be waiting for you at the check-in area.

No. All sales are final. If you’re unable to attend, feel free to send someone in your place.
