Join us for an evening of family fun!

We’re so excited for our Spring Bingo Night on Friday, April 19 from 6-8 PM!

To pre-order bingo cards, daubers, or family packs, please use this link to place your pre-orders online. **Please triple-check your cart before paying. The cart automatically populates with one of everything and you’ll need to manually adjust the quantities to match what you’d like to order.**

Pre-orders are due no later than Wednesday, 4/17. Supplies can also be purchased at the event on April 19.

Silent Auction Details: Online bidding has begun for our silent auction. You can bid on fantastic items HERE using our Google Doc!

Bidding will continue online until Friday at noon. After that, additional bids will only be collected in person at PBES during the auction. Please read the directions at the top of the linked bidding document carefully before you begin. Happy Bidding!

FAQs

All proceeds from Bingo Night are used by the PTO to support Piney Branch Elementary. Check out this page for a breakdown of some of the many things we’ve been able to do for PBES in recent years.

For the 50-50 raffle, 50% of the proceeds go into the pot to be won. Every ticket you purchase represents one chance to win. The remaining 50% of the pot goes to the PTO.

If you ordered and paid for your pizzas and concessions prior to the deadline, they’ll be waiting for you at the check-in area.

No. All sales are final. If you’re unable to attend, feel free to send someone in your place.
